“American History” Experience with Discrimination

I was in Elementary school when I was discriminated, I never had thought that someone would make fun of me but they did. I was not very wealthy back then in the day but a few students at the Elementary school where I was attending they were making fun of me because I had little holes all over my T-shirt. Since there wasnt a lot of money involved I couldn't afford clothes, I mostly borrowed clothes from my brother Marcus. He had a habit of biting his shirts all the time so therefore there was tiny holes. This experience made me feel sad and embarrassed, I was use to having poor clothing so much I didn't think others around me would care if I had holes or anything between those lines. Sometimes I just thought they had poor clothing just like me.
