Imagery in Poetry Blog Post Paragraph
I was in Carlsbad, California where me and my teamates had a football championship game. I seen a large crowd near are sidelines and less on the home side. I heard cheering from the crowd along with the cheerleaders. I felt a tingle in my body knowing we were getting closer to victory. I knelt down and put my right hand on the ground, rushed the quarter back and got a sack. The crowd was very loud. Then sure enough the buzzer went off and we were champions. I felt a sensation for this victory, happy that I could say me and my teamates won something that we earned for the first time as a family!

Poetry Previous Knowledge Paragraph
I would rather read a poem then having to read a story. Poem's are shorter for one, also reading a story would make me want to give up. Reading a poem is understanding and is nice to think about what it ment. Even when I was in grade school I enjoyed reading these because the way they were formated. Depending on the author they write in certain ways that make it unique, story's can leave a big blank in your head afterwards. I think anyone would want to read something shorter with a lot of meaning then having to read two-hundred pages.

Imagery in a Song
I'm doing Barney's song by Barney, it is meaningful to me because It is saying were a big family. Also it is meaningful to me by it saying In the song how he loves people then they love him back. Livng here it's just like one big family so the image in my head is all of the people I love surrounded by each other hugging. I always use to listen to this song but didn't make much sense but now since I'm with one big family that image makes sense. When I here this song I always want to sing with him. That song is kind of an influential song to pick up on.

“A Blessing” Break into Blossom Paragraph
It was three or four years ago and I was at my grandpa's house, coming to get a puppy that he was going to give me before I moved in with my other grandparents. What happen was he had two left, one was very light in color the other was darker. I seen the teeth of the animal when it approached me with his aggressiveness. I heard the sneezing of the sick puppy. I then touched his ear, it was smooth. I felt excited to bring something home with me. This experienced changed my love for animals, it also helped me feel better about moving to a different place.

Paragraph to Persuade You to Read My Poem
The name of my poems are "The Base Stealer" by Robert Francis and "American Hero" by Essex Hemphill. Someone should read my poem that I picked because the reader should understand what the poem is about so they can learn more things about poetry. Then someone else may not want to read the poem just because they don't like poetry but they still should to see if they will end up enjoying what they read. They could also read it and see what the true meaning is of the poem. The best part of "The Base Stealer" is how the author is telling you all the detail the runner is doing to steal the base, the words used are mind thrilling in my opinion. In "American Hero" the best part is when it says, "It’s a shimmering club light and I’m dancing, slick in my sweat." He was inferring to how much he moved around when he played and how much he was shining out on the court.
