I think people control there own destinies because I don't think you can let anything just happen as in fate. There is nothing in the world that can be out side of your control, unless your over the influence then just maybe. But if your in a real situation it would be up to you not to what so called "fate." A super natural power is not something to depend on because it is something that is not real in my opinion. The deaths of Romeo and Juliet are a result of the choices they both make
. Right there tells you that it was in their own control, they just decided to kill thereselves. It was not fate, they both killed thereselves on purpose.

ReplyDeleteI agree that people have control of a large part of their lives. However, I disagree that they can control all aspects of their lives. For example, many kids on campus did not have control of the actions of others which led to their current placement. Get it?
ReplyDeleteI agree with Ms. Priester. Sometimes things are determined for you by other people such as adults when your children. It can prevent you from doing things you might think control your fate.
