Some Americans don't have enough INCOME to pay off their debt on credit card usuage. The ECONOMY is getting to the point where there is hardly any jobs, people are getting layed off. Then they think they can pay off these bills but then when the day is here they have no money. Credit card restrictions are needed because people don't have enough FINANCE like other people so its going to be harder on them. It's not going to get any easier so America needs to realize crdit card usuage can be a bad thing to have.
