Academic Language Week 18 - Teen Drivers

Teen drivers should not have restrictions because they have ACQUIRED their license so they know what their doing. The CULTURE of restrictions are now different, changed are being made towards restrictions on teenagers. I only think elderly people should be tested because you need to make sure their still all there. The restrictions should CONCLUDE that people finish both written and driving test to receiver there license.
