Adults should not be able to carry a concealed handgun. People would be using there guns over reasons that are not meant to shoot each other over. The situations would not ESTABLISH anything, there will be nothing but gore and more and more violence. You don't use handguns to JUSTIFY whats right. Guns are used for others to INDICATE and tell people to stand their ground. Therefore I don't think guns should be held by any adults without a reason to.
