Academic Language Week 31 - Teen Vandals

Parents should not be held responsible for their childs damage. Teen vandals should be consequenced for their own actions because its not the parents fault. You can't accuse them for something they did not do but the child can COMPUTE to doing some type of community service. If they don't cooperate then they don't have the right to ACHEIVE their consequnce. SPECIFICALLY the parents should make an agreement with whoever they have to, to come up with the punishment.
