If I was badly beaten and seen a cave I would first go inside, then look around to see if theres anything else in there that can danger me in anyway. For warmth I would try to do the old trick and rub two rocks together. Thats the only thing I would try to do to keep me warm, so if it didn't work I would not know any other way to get a fire going. Then to get food I would make a sharp object out of something then go hunt and approach any animal that comes across my eyes. Even though I would be really injured I could wait to get re healed a little bit then work out my arms if that was hurt by doing pull ups on a tree branch, or some kind of activity along those lines.
