Academic Language Week 29 - School Conferences

Parents should not face jail time for missing their child's parent teacher conference. Most parents work full time so they dont have a chance to go. I think there should be a phone call home once in a while, it would be the best RESOURCE in my opinion. Jail time should not be SEEKED into because its not a crime in my eyes even though education is important. The best thing is to TRANSFER words to each other of the progress of their child in schhol. During this time of year I think school districts should change the way they have to communicate on the behalf of their child's progress.
