Scorpion vs Zaroff

If you look at both of these villains they both are identical in a way. My villain scorpion, hunted in a way Zaroff did. Who ever got in Scorpions way he would try and defeat them in any way possible, he  basically was watching out for whoever was around. Zaroff was hunting people and was just killing them, thats a way that there a like. But the difference is that Scorpion has a whole  al-fit on and Zaroff dressed normal. Zaroff was more of a mysterious person and Scorpion was just open with all his enemies and had no good side. I enjoy my villain and Zaroff, I wasn't a huge fan of what he was doing throughout the story. The more evil villain would have to be Zaroff because just the way he tried killing people was sick and twisted and my villain was just up front with everything he was doing it wasn't no game. It just was if you get in my way your going to die. But the overall of who was the more evil villain has to be Zaroff.
